Please note that orders delivered to parcel shops cannot be rerouted to different locations. The recipient bears the responsibility for collecting the parcel or organising a return, if necessary. Your convenience is important to us at Label.

Duty Delivery Paid in Selected Territories:

The applicable tax and duty for orders in selected countries are displayed at checkout. Orders in these territories will be dispatched with taxes and duties already paid. As a result, no additional import duty or tax will be required post-order placement on labelcollective.com

Local Taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not incorporated into the item price or shipping charges. It is the buyer's responsibility to handle these charges. Before making a purchase, we recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine the potential additional costs. These charges are typically collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or upon item pickup, and they should not be mistaken for extra shipping charges.

Please note that if a customer opts to reject the shipment due to local import duty and tax, the parcel will automatically return to Label. In such instances, Label Collective reserves the right to impose a €30 administration fee.
