Why a Label Collective jersey
A jersey is the part of your kit that works hardest. Ours are built for long days in the saddle: light, breathable, made from recycled fabric, and refined from what the Collective tells us.
Built for the ride
- Antibacterial treatment: on every jersey, it helps avoid bad odours.
- Reflective details: on the sleeve and back pocket of the Essentials, and a strip under the pockets for evening visibility.
- YKK recycled zip: with added thickness, and a flat, bonded hem for a smoother finish.
- The Aero: 106 g in a small, UV protection 50+, three rear drop pockets and a zipped one.
- Refined from your feedback: for 2026 the sleeves are slightly longer and the Aero's collar sits closer.
Made from what already exists
- Recycled polyester: 80% in the body and 90% in the sleeves of the Essentials, 82% in the Aero.
- Up-cycled fabric: the Balance Thermal is cut from the off cuts of other brands. That is why its seams sit where they do.
- Made to last: more than a season. Wash at 30°C, skip the bleach and the dry cleaner, and air it between rides.
Questions about our jerseys
Which jersey for which weather?
Warm days: the Essentials, one of our lightest, or the Aero when the pace picks up. In-between days: the Element, mid-weight for fresh mornings and cool autumn rides. Cooler rides: the Essentials Training. Winter: the Balance Thermal, 5°C to 12°C, or -1°C to 5°C with a winter base layer.
How should a cycling jersey fit?
Our jerseys are a race fit. For a relaxed fit, take a size up. The Aero is the closest cut, with a high-stretch fabric; the others balance aerodynamics with comfort.
Are the jerseys unisex?
Yes. Every jersey is unisex, sized from XXS.
What should I wear under my jersey?
A base layer. Under the Balance Thermal, a winter base layer takes it from 5°C down to -1°C.
How do I wash my jersey?
Normal wash cycle at 30°C. Do not bleach and do not dry clean. Washing less does more for its life than anything: air it between rides and sponge the odd mark off with mild soap.
What are the jerseys made from?
Recycled polyester: 80% in the body and 90% in the sleeves of the Essentials, 82% in the Aero. The Balance Thermal is 80% up-cycled polyester, cut from the off cuts of other brands.
