The week
A week at Le Bézy
In August we collaborated with FORMA on their summer summit at Le Bézy, a cycling lodge an hour south of Toulouse at the foot of the Pyrenees. FORMA hosted the week. We were there to ride, to support the group, and to share our story.
A small group, one farmhouse, a different road every day, and dinner outside until it got dark. It is the week that made us want to do more of this.

The shape of a day
Ride, eat, talk, repeat
No schedule to keep up with. Each day had a rhythm, and the ride was the middle of it rather than the whole of it.

- A proper breakfast, then out the door.

- Routes paced to the group, from rolling lanes to high passes.
- Afternoon
- Time to recover, work, or talk one to one.
- Evening
- Long dinners around one table.
